This worked very well when it did work. It would not charge and torch came on whilst trying to charge. It was right at the end of the warranty so contacted Noco directly. They responded and asked for serial number and date of purchase. This was done with a day to spare on the 12month warranty. Now the company will not respond and the unit is out of warranty. Very poor customer service and the jump to ack did not even last a year with a maximum of 6 jump starts. Very poor!Report Abuse
