CHARGE MODE LED GUIDE.

All Error Conditions are displayed with the Error LED and Standby LED flashing back and forth. The number of flashes between each pulse denotes a potential Error Condition (except reverse polarity and low-voltage battery). Read below for a guide on the charging modes of the NOCO GX Series Industrial Chargers.

Single Flash

The battery will not hold a charge and should be checked by a professional.

Double Flash

Possible battery short, and should be verified by a professional.

Triple Flash

Battery voltage is too high for the selected charge mode. Double check the battery matches the charge mode.

Error LED

The battery voltage is too low for the battery charger to detect the battery.

Standby LED

In Standby mode, the charger is not charging or providing any power to the industrial battery. Energy Save is activated during this mode, drawing microscopic power from the electrical outlet. When flashing, the battery voltage is too low for the battery charger to detect the battery.

Designed for charging deep-cycle 48-volt lead acid battery systems, including wet cell, gel cell, enhanced flooded, calcium, and maintenance-free.

Designed for charging deep-cycle 48-volt AGM battery systems, or all types of lead-acid 48-volt battery systems in cold temperatures below 50 F (10 C).
