Where Is Support For Product

This seems to be an exercise in futility trying to get support and or warranty. I contacted support and spent a long time trying to explain what my charger was doing in CHAT. Why is it so difficult to contact them by phone . My GPro that I bought in June 23 worked good the 2 times I used it last year ..I took my boat out of storage and was getting it ready for the fishing opener , I hooked up the charger and banks 1&2 keep cycling when it gets to 2 bars then starts over . Bank 3 works fine on my starting battery. I tested banks 1&2 by connecting them to my starting battery and they do the same thing . Now you might say it's the batteries but the are both new in June of 23 and I used a volt meter and they show 12.6 volts .
So this was on Tuesday 4/09/24 and support said they needed my receipt for the unit to start a warranty which I sent . It is now Friday and 3 emails later I can't get a reply . Sure is nice to spend 324oo and get this kind of customer support.
