I bought the Genius10 about 2.5 years ago and loved it. But i went to use it about 3 weeks ago the top off my RV Batteries and nothing came on when I plugged it in. I emailed Customer Support and after a couple questions to troubleshoot they determined it wasn't working. I confirmed my receipt and the age of the unit with them and they told me to ship it back. It got to them in about a week and the following week a new one arrived. I was a little surprised that I had to pay for the shipping to them. But they shipped the new one to me free of charge. Very pleased.
Yes, I recommend this product.
