Wouldn't Know

Order marked Complete, but tracking shows it never left the warehouse. But i was billed with no replies from multiple attempts. The only thing charged here was my credit card.

Yep, BUT

liked it so well i ordered another. Three weeks later tracking shows it never left the warehouse. chat lines promised return call never happened, 1 day message returns an email that says 5 days. The only thing charged was my credit card.
