You MUST Use The Correct 60Watt USB Charger & USB-C To USB-C Cable

I charged this device for 4 hours on a typical regular USB 3.1amp charger and only attained 2 red lights of escalating charging bars.... HOWEVER, when I read the instruction manual, it clearly states that it would take upwards of 28 hours using this method. It also stated the FASTEST method of charging the device is with a 60Watt USB-C charger (about $25 on Amazon) and USB-C to USB-C Cable ($10 on Amazon) and the device would charge completely in about ONE HOUR. I purchased the equipment and "voila" the charging completed in about 20 minutes. :)

Best Product Ever Purchased

Absolutely love this product I use this everyday instead of carrying jumper leads. Quick charging and portable to carry everywhere this is my 5th Noco booster I have bought 1 for the road 1 for home 1 for work etc.

GBX55

We were gone on vacation and returned to a dead battery. We purchased the GBX55 and hoped the charge it had in it from the factory (yes we read that it needed to be completely charged to use) would get our car started. We were stuck in the garage with very little access to the front but able to hookup the GBX55 and without hesitation the GBX55 work perfect and we were able to be on our way. We were so not wanting to buy a battery because the battery was good we had left out dash camera on while on vacation. Great product so happy we got it……⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice Tool

It weights less than a big booster and can charge cellphone, start a car and includes a flashlight. Charge it with a correct charger and it will charge back fast 60w (usb c to usb c cable).

Worked So Great I Bought One For Each Of My Family

I bought one of these long ago. When I needed it, I was surprised that it turned my car over even faster than a new car battery would! I have used it to start my lawn mower, and multiple cars with no issue. It's so convenient and so effective I bought one for my wife and also my kids to keep in their cars as well. The peace of mind is worth it knowing I can depend on them.

GBX55

I offer jump start service from my cab in Kenai Alaska. Cold weather kills all the car batteries on the peninsula at once and this unit jumps them off as fast as I can drive to them. I’ve had it 2 years doing multiple jump starts a day. When not in use holds a charge well. Like months. I have done 9 jumps with it in one day without charging. I recommend never leaving the house without it. Worth the money!!!!

I emailed support about a charging issue with my 55. They replied within 1 day and gave me a couple things to try.
With no success I reached back out and heard back from Zac immediately
Unfortunately my unit was out of warranty but he did offer to extend a 1 time warranty repair for free. I was grateful and willingly paid to ship it to them to see what they could do.
1 week into the repair I reached out to Zac to confirm it had arrived. He informed me it had and was in testing currently. 1 week later I received a notice my 55 was on its way back.
I was very excited as I had just purchased the NoCo carry case the week prior. When the package arrived I was shocked to see a brand new in sealed packaging Gbx55.
I would disagree with the negative reviews listed here, NoCo is a great company that stands behind what they sell. I have one in any vehicle with a battery!

Won't Honor Warranty In Alaska

Product worked twice, then would no longer charge. Lasted 2 months.
Warranty isn't honored in Alaska. They claim they can't ship here, but there's obviously a way to ship Li-on batteries to Alaska as it was purchased here. The company just refuses to honor their warranty here. Would never buy another NOCO product and they should stop selling in Alaska entirely.

Biggest pile of crap I have ever seen. This is my second GBX 55 within 5 months and I cannot even get the second SOB to turn on or to take a charge. I can not get it to crank a battery on my trike even though the battery is only 2 months old. Are these units I some that Amazon has stocked since 1492 and have lost all their potential. Amazon will not replace the first unit because it was a couple months beyond their extremely short return window. Unless NOCO will replace and/or repair, I am out almost $400 for these piles of trash. Shame on NOCO and Amazon for putting this trash on the market.

I STRONGLY recommend against considering or purchasing this unit. I would have given them 1/2 star (for advertising) if it was possible to do so!!!!

Horrible

As I'm heading to the store to buy either a battery or another jump start device I decided to drop a review on this GBX55.

A Big Let Down

As I'm heading to the store to buy either a battery or another jump start device I decided to drop a review on this GBX55.
