I Want To Love It....

I purchased this jump starter about a year ago when I had a couple of issues with my 2016 Ford Escape not starting on me. I never got to try it on the Escape but I'm now driving a 2019 Nissan Rogue which I've attempted to jump with this unit twice, to no avail. I've also attempted to jump my girlfriend's 2006 Cx9 and it couldn't pull it off. Then last night I took it to start a friend's Harley when he pulled it out of storage. Also no joy. I really had high hopes for the device after reading reviews and watching videos for it but I myself have had no luck at all with it, sadly.
