Dead After Third Use
Had the product for about a year and a half. Used it a third time then unit wouldn't charge up after use. Noco told me I need to drain and charge it regularly so that it holds a charge better, can't just sit on a shelf waiting to be used when needed. Worked great when it worked. They said warranty is out but gave me a 35% coupon to use towards another unit. Great customer service. Hope this product last longer this time. Maybe the last one was a bad apple of the bunch.
