Phone Charging Error Message

If you are receiving an error message such as, "This accessory may not be supported," or, "Charging is not supported with this accessory," the most likely cause for the issue is inadequate sun light.

The XGrid Solar Panels are outfitted with monocrystalline technology which pulls more power from the sun than other solar technologies (such as the BLSOLAR amorphous solar cells), however monocrystalline cells need to be fully exposed to sun light to convert the power needed to charge your phone. Keep in mind that there are many variables such as cloud coverage, shade from trees, and even the time of year, (the sun is less powerful during the winter, more powerful during the summer etc.) which all play a factor in charging your device.
