Locking Feature
Don't return or call tech support because you think your battery doesn't work. It might be locked. No where in the instruction does it mention the lock feature. Just hold the flashlight switch and power switch for three seconds to change mode from lock to unlock (and back). Otherwise, a nice little battery pack with light.
Yes, I recommend this product.
