BEWARE - Warranty Is Useless

My husband purchased a GENPRO10x4 two years ago. One bank stopped working. It’s within the warranty period so we started that process but then they said they won’t honor the warranty because the end of the plug was removed so it could be wired to our boat. The plug wasn’t the problem, the unit is defective but this is their excuse to not honor their warranty. They won’t even take it in to repair it. We won’t buy this brand again, we will find a brand that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their products. I would give it zero stars if I could but magically it marked 3 stars when I hit post.
