Chat Support Does Not Know Product
Opened a chat support session about genius 1, asked a simple question about compatibility with GC002, support agent said you don’t need to order it as it comes with the Genius 1 product, needless to say it was not included. Chat support does not know anything about the products they are supporting, buy direct at your own risk
