I emailed support about a charging issue with my 55. They replied within 1 day and gave me a couple things to try.
With no success I reached back out and heard back from Zac immediately
Unfortunately my unit was out of warranty but he did offer to extend a 1 time warranty repair for free. I was grateful and willingly paid to ship it to them to see what they could do.
1 week into the repair I reached out to Zac to confirm it had arrived. He informed me it had and was in testing currently. 1 week later I received a notice my 55 was on its way back.
I was very excited as I had just purchased the NoCo carry case the week prior. When the package arrived I was shocked to see a brand new in sealed packaging Gbx55.
I would disagree with the negative reviews listed here, NoCo is a great company that stands behind what they sell. I have one in any vehicle with a battery!
