Customer Service Is The Best

I had mine for 1.5yrs with no issuses. Out of the blue one day it wouldnt charge. Called customer service knowing it was out of warranty. The guy told me even though its out of warranty that shouldnt have happened and they would take care of it. Sent it in and 2 weeks later a brand new one shows up and I was notified mine was unrepairable. All this at absolutly zero cost to me. This thing will jump start a power stroke this no batteries in it. Love it!! I now own 2. One for work and one for home!!
