Melted!
Quote from Noco customer service rep after sending pictures of the housing melted in my G750:
No, they(the pictures) do not worry us as our units are working as designed if that happens. The fire suppressants and non combustable housing are made to melt like that if there is an issue with them. If they are getting hot to the point of "melting", there is an issue with the charger, but that reaction is exactly as designed to meet the safety regulations we have for our products.
