Poor Warranty And Length Of Service

I own a few chargers both full and trickle. My 4 year old G3500 will no longer charge. It gets to 50% charge and won't charge any further. Once reviewing the warranty return policy it is not worth sending in for repairs. By the time you pay for the shipping and the 35% of MSRP to return the unit you are only a few dollars under what this unit sells for at multiple internet retailers and more than I paid for it 4 years ago. It is unfortunate products no longer have reasonable life expectancies. I have other brands that are older and used more frequently and they are still going strong. It is frustrating because it was a nice unit when it worked and so far I have been pleased with my GB150 Jump Starter which is only two years old. We will see if it makes it to a grand old age of 5.
