Works as expected.

I have now purchased two of these. One I spliced and wired for use on a automatic gate opener and the other I use between my jeep kept outdoors and a tractor. There were varying models with higher wattage, which I would suggest for faster charging, though these lower wattage panels are fine to maintain batteries that do no get heavy, deep cycle use.

Works On My Storage Shed For My Riding Lawn Mower.

I keep a riding lawnmower out in a remote shed with no electricity to the building. My battery would not start the mower if I let it sit for more than a couple of weeks. All wire terminations were good so I took my battery to Battery Giant here in Austin, TX. and Larry said there was nothing wrong with it. While I was there I noticed he had a couple of these solar chargers hanging on the wall. I bought the 2.5 watt version. Hooked it up to the the top of my shed and ran the wire to the mower battery. It has solved my annoying battery drain issues.

so i ordered one and bolted it to the top of a rubermaid tool box i put a 650 amp interstate battery in it a long with another charger and some basic parts to make a simi portable power source it works fine it sets on my porch and cuts a little off my power bill so defiantly worth it
