The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, if a valid proof of purchase is provided, or from the manufacturing date found in the serial number, if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.

In-Warranty: Months 0-12

Within the warranty period, any defective item will be replaced free of charge.

Advanced replacement for In-Warranty claims is available with a credit card payment for the full retail amount. The full payment amount will be refunded within 10 business days after return is received. The defective unit must be returned to NOCO within 30 days for a credit to be issued.

For claims outside of the scope of the warranty, including accidental damage or abuse, the replacement cost is $499.95.

Out-Of-Warranty: Months 13-48

  • Months 13-24: Any defect is a flat $399.95 Repair Fee per occurrence.
  • Months 25-36: Any defect is a flat $499.95 Repair Fee per occurrence.
  • Months 37-48: Any defect is a flat $599.95 Repair Fee per occurrence.

    Out-Of-Warranty repairs exclude any claims outside of the scope of the warranty, including accidental damage or abuse. If a unit has damage deemed outside of the scope of warranty by NOCO, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to have the unit returned. It is the sole discretion of NOCO to determine if damage is outside of the scope of the warranty.

    Advanced replacement options for Out-Of-Warranty depends on product availability and requires a credit card payment for the full retail amount that is currently listed on our website. The full payment amount, minus repair fee indicated above, will be refunded within 10 business days after return is received. The defective unit must be returned to NOCO within 30 days for a credit to be issued. If the defective unit is damaged or deemed outside of the scope of the warranty by NOCO, the customer must return the replacement unit within 15 business days or forfeit the full payment for the unit.
