Overview

The NOCO Company is searching for a Sales Manager who is a hands-on, individual contributor and strategic role focused on driving increased revenue. In addition, the Account Representative will develop strong partnerships, develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plan with strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated the ability to overachieve sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed the Company‚Äôs ambitious growth plans in terms of both revenue growth and profitability of sales
  • Find creative ways to foster relationships with dealer networks to drive demand through distribution partners
  • Find new opportunities outside traditional retail placement
  • Ensure partner relationship is strengthened and driven up throughout both organizations
  • Provide accurate, timely information to the customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes
  • Lead forecasting accurate pipelines and inventory management
  • Produce weekly and monthly activity reports
  • Complete the minimum number of outbound calls to accounts each day
  • Keep a monthly recap of sales calls, including potential opportunity worth in dollars, and be prepared to present that information when requested
  • Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing
  • Travel to tradeshows and customer sites as required

Requirements

  • Experience in selling consumer based products in retail, distribution and dealer marketplaces
  • Ability to demonstrate year on year sales growth
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales goals and targets
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to affect substantial positive change in short timescale
  • Experience working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to travel
