Time To Change Brands
Last week my second gb70 (first was replaced under warranty) got very hot while using to the point that the buttons started to melt and the jump pack now smells like nail polish remover. The unit will turn on but will not charge past 25% anymore. I am out of warranty but the unit has been used less than 5 times and is in perfect condition. I was only offered a discount on a replacement unit. Why would I spend money on an unreliable , expensive unit, with bad warranty/ customer service. I appreciate the discount, but for the unit to not last is completely unacceptable.
