These devices are a lot of money for peace of mind. I bought one and kept it for safety reasons, didn’t want to get stranded on the roadside with the kids in winter. I used it twice and now it won’t charge enough to even turn on the flashlight. Customer support is almost non-existant if it’s more than 1 year old, and at this price, these things shouldn’t die after 1.5 or 2 years. All I was offered was a crummy 10% off a new one. Don’t bother folks, go get a set of jumper cables!
